Thoroughly enjoyed that my superior twin room included spacious bathroom. Extra touches like climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV were a treat, staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel location was good and absolutely perfect very near 

Stayed here for 1 night with my parent, had a lovely stay. I were offered luxurious and excellent breakfast with varieties.

Booked a room with a nice wiew of sao paulo. The hotel was situated in the super central location close to everything.

Came here for 1 night with my parent, had a very lovely stay. The room was big with good views, 2 single beds, truly enjoyed my time there. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Downtown Sao

Good sized room with exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar.

Too small bathroom, not very clean room.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with everything well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient, with close proximity to the metro station.

we have been bumped to suite at no additional charge, it was excellent gesture from the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, with the city view. Staff was eager to help, such as brasilian restaurant location. Elevators are fast and numerous. 

The staff was friendly and helpful, modern and clean rooms, comfortable bedding, efficient check-in process.

Good value for money in regards to quality of rooms.

The location is in a rather rundown and unsafe area. The toilet handle was worn.

breakfast is much too expensive juste go to the café at the bottom of the building it opens at 6 AM
